MO Clean Skies and coalition of researchers, legal advocates, and public health organizations filed a landmark federal Petition for Rulemaking with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the first legal action of its kind to formally document, on the federal record, what is actually happening in America's skies and to demand that the government respond.

Our Senate Bill passed committee with a unanimous vote!
SENATE
The committee hearing on SB860 took place on Thursday, Feb 5, 2026 by the Senate Agriculture, Food Production and Outdoor Resources Comittee.
The room was packed with supporters and people were forced to wait in the hallway for an empty seat to become available. Special thanks to the amazing supporters that showed up. Many of them drove for hours to get there by 8:45am.
